Dirk Grossmann
After completing his studies in electrical and electronics engineering at the University of Stuttgart, Germany, Dirk was employed at ETASfor six years, four years in the development of real-time operating systems and two years as product manager in the US. Since 2003 he has been working in the embedded software development department at Vector Informatik in Stuttgart. Since 2005 he has been responsible as a team leader for the development of the FlexRay basic software. Since 2008 he has also been responsible as a group manager for the TCP/IP basic software. This includes responsibility for the onboard and offboard charging software according to ISO/IEC 15118 and DIN SPEC 70121. He also represents Vector within CharIN eV. In 2016 he became group manager within the embedded research department, still leading the overall e-mobility activities within Vector. Since 2018 he has been the convenor of ISO/IEC 15118. In 2019 he took over responsibility for offboard electronics for charging systems within Vector.Presentation
